acceptable stay
helpful staff excellent location required amenities sound proofing old furniture bathroom facilities
the staff was amazing. i found the location excellent, as i could walk to many major landmarks. the hotel was clean and had all the amenities i required.
i felt there was no sound proofing between rooms. i could literally hear people talking in a neighboring room. some furniture and facilities in the bathroom looked really old.

Acceptable but With Issues
poor noise insulation unpleasant bathroom smell
The staff were helpful and polite.
The noise insulation was inadequate. I heard every car passing by, and a garbage truck at 1:30 AM woke me up. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell when I first entered the room.

Central Location and Friendly Service
friendly reception free water luggage storage
The staff at the reception were very friendly. They stored our luggage before check-in. They even put the luggage in our room when it was ready (charmed!). We also got free water bottles every day.
The ac unit made a slight noise at night.

The hotel's location was really ideal for sightseeing. I could easily reach many attractions. The train station is about 15 minutes away on foot, so it's easily reachable by taxi if you prefer.

There were very good restaurants nearby, offering many options. Several spots for a great coffee are also located close to the hotel.

The room was clean, which i REALLY appreciated. It was also spacious with high ceilings. The provided bedding and pillows were of great quality, so i got some well deserved rest (especially after walking all day).
